HireDecode is an AI-powered career guidance platform that provides CV analysis, resume rebuilding, and interview coaching. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational insights based on submitted CV and job description content.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain free features without an account. A registered account is required for premium features and to save your data. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current account information
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised account access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to submit
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or AI outputs at scale
• Use the Service to generate discriminatory, harassing, or harmful content
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human professional advice

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is processed by Paddle. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to the following:

• Premium features unlock instantly upon successful payment
• All digital product sales are final
• Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 7 days to aaliyahkhanyousafzai@gmail.com
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

6. AI-Generated Content

All analysis, feedback, CV rewrites, and coaching content generated by HireDecode is produced by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Content represents AI-generated opinions, not professional advice
• You should use AI guidance as one input among many, not as definitive advice
• HireDecode does not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI recommendations

7. Intellectual Property

The HireDecode platform, design, and underlying technology are owned by HireDecode. You retain ownership of the CV content you submit. By submitting content, you grant HireDecode a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireDecode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, income, or career outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may close your account at any time through account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.
