  • CV content: text extracted from uploaded CV documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT)

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration
  • Device information: browser type, operating system
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely by Paddle. We do not store your full payment card details. We receive transaction confirmation and a customer ID from Paddle.

  • Analyse your CV and generate AI-powered feedback
  • Manage your account and authenticate your identity
  • Process payments and manage premium access
  • Send service-related communications (not marketing without consent)
  • Respond to support enquiries

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. CV Data Processing

Your CV text is extracted locally in your browser before transmission. We send only plain text content — never raw binary files — to our AI processing systems. CV text is used solely to generate your analysis and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Guest users' CV data is stored temporarily in browser session storage and is not persisted to our servers unless you create an account.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Google AI (Gemini): CV text and job descriptions for AI analysis
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Paddle: Payment processing
  • Legal authorities: When required by applicable law

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
